FIELD: water-development works. SUBSTANCE: device has collecting reservoir 1 separated from the flow by guard 2 having through hole 3. Drain chute 4 of L-shaped form is connected to this hole. Drain chute 4 is provided with horizontal shelf 8 and vertical shelf 9. Drain chute 4 is supported by upright 6 provided with guide clamps 7. Lug 5 is secured on the outside of guard 2 immediately adjacent to hole 3. Additional chute 12 is hydraulically connected with collecting reservoir 1.
