SUBSTANCE: treatment is effected with the aid of filtering medium; employed as filtering medium is ion-exchange material - clinoptilolite. Phytofilter includes basin with non-filtering bottom, higher water plants and ion-exchange material as filtering medium. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of sewage treatment; possibility of performing sewage treatment not only during growing seasons; improved quality of cleaning sewage from biogenic contaminants and ions f heavy metals. 2 cl, 1 dwg
