FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes applying 0.5-percent suspension of ram's histamine-sensibilized erythrocytes to nasal mucous membrane secretion smear, incubating it during 15 to 20 min at temperature of 37.0 to 37.5 C, fixing resulting product in formalin vapor during 5 to 7 min and 96-percent ethyl alcohol during 15 to 20 min, panoptically staining smear during 15 to 20 min, and finally microscoping it. If microscoped smear contains more than 5 % rosette-forming eosiophiles, atopic allergic disease is diagnosed. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis. 3 tbl
