FIELD: laboratory diagnostics of professional diseases.
SUBSTANCE: compounds of patient's leucocytes with equal volumes of 0.5% suspension glutarized sheep erythrocytes loaded with inorganic vanadium compounds are incubated for 10-15 min at 37.0-37.5оС and centrifuged. Smear taken from resulting material is fixed, dried, and stained in a particular way. 100 lymphocytes are examined in microscope distinguishing cells immobilizing three and more sheep erythrocytes thereon. When number of these cells, which are specific for inorganic vanadium compounds, exceeds the norm, presence of inorganic vanadium compounds in the body is stated allowing formulation of the following diagnosis: professional intoxication with higher aliphatic amines.
EFFECT: increased objectivity and accuracy of diagnostics.
