FIELD: analytical chemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examination of patient peripheral blood. Lymphocytes were isolated, an equal amount of erythrocyte ethanol diagnosticum is added and mixture is incubated at 37-37.5 C. Then mixture is kept in refrigerator and amount of rosette-forming lymphocytes were determined in precipitate by microscopy method. The presence of ethanol in human organism is determined at increased level of rosette-forming lymphocytes as compared with normal one. EFFECT: improved method of ethanol assay. 1 tbl
