FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: contact elements in the form of contact needles 11, 12 are fixed with misalignment on each of bell-cranks 1 and 2 in body of electric clip. Sharpened ends of needles have fillets for side grasping of supply conductor of cable during operation. Rods of specified needles are manufactured in the form of bell-cranks rocking on axles, one arm of bell-crank is sharpened, the other one rests against springy element and interacts with it ensuring reliability of contact of fillet of each needle with surface of conductor of cable. Electric clip has isolator 15 of electric circuit. Body of fuse 18 of it is used to bring contacts in and out of coupling. Metal tips 19 of body of fuse are used as contacts of electric circuit to achieve better quality and to reduce dimensions of clip. Method of connection of clip includes linking of contact needles to electric cable, guiding of sharpened ends of needles 11, 12 to side surfaces of cable conductors by displacement of axes of rods of needles with reference to center of each of specified conductors within cable periphery.
