SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes measuring arterial pressure and rate of heart's beat prior to and at peak effect of nitrosorbide (АP and HBF₂),, and determining sensitivity to nitrosorbide (NS) by the following equation: NS = (АP₁-АP₂)×(HBF₁-HBF₂) With NS > 70, sensitivity to nitrosorbide must be regarded as retained and whenever NS < 70, this sensitivity must be considered as lost. EFFECT: disclosed method allows promptly and reliably determining clinical effectiveness of intake of nitrosorbide by patients suffering from ischemia.
