FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: before an intake of medicinal preparations and at the peak of their action the heart rate (HR), systolic arterial pressure (SAP), an end-systolic volume (ESV) are determined during echocardiography. A double product (DP) and an end-systolic index (ESI) are calculated according to mean values. Then their results are compared. In case of DP decrease ranged from 10% to 20% at the background of ESI increase in the range of 5- 20% a matched dose is considered to be an effective one. All values of hemodynamics are determined thrice at a 5-minlong interval. EFFECT: increased sensitivity, specificity, prediction, importance and accuracy in matching an effective dosage of betaadrenoblockers in ischemic patients. 1 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl
