FIELD: gas cleaning engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrofilter has a vertical gas-powered ship of constant cross-section. Tubular distributors with water-discharge branch pipes up and down, connected with two systems of tubes to which high electric voltage is switched on and which are insulated from each other are made along the horizontal cross-sections as crossed at an angle of 90. The distributors with water-discharge branch pipes are disposed alternately in the planes of horizontal cross-sections of the gas-powered ship. The water-discharge branch pipes of the adjacent distributors are made checkered. The two systems of pipelines with distributors insulated from each other are connected with the corresponding cavities insulated from each other and fed from exchangeable reservoirs-accumulators of the electrolyte also insulated from each other.
