SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains a series of magneto-dynamic electrolyzers, hydrochloric acid receiver, sodium hydroxide receiver with outlet connection pipe, hydrochloric acid accumulator with outlet connection pipe, main pipeline with manifold supplying sodium chloride solution into magneto-dynamic electrolyzers, main pipeline with manifold for collecting and transferring chlorine and hydrogen from magneto-dynamic electrolyzers into hydrochloric acid receiver, main pipeline for transferring hydrochloric acid into hydrochloric acid accumulator with outlet connection pipe, main pipeline with manifold for transferring sodium hydroxide from magneto-dynamic electrolyzers into sodium hydroxide receiver with outlet connection pipe, alternate power line from power-supply unit with commutation appliances to magneto- dynamic electrolyzers.
