FIELD: ultrasonic cleaning. SUBSTANCE: according to the first variant, the system has technological chamber, ultrasonic converter which is built in the chamber, case made in form of noise-reducing housing, and cap provided with flange and handle. Cap has additional cavities made in form of noise-absorbing Helmholtz resonator which has resonance frequency being equal to frequency of total noise of the device; the resonators are turned with their open ends inside the chamber. Cavities may be formed among internal surface of the cap, surface of the case and additional partition made of acoustically hard material (the partition is disposed between the cap and the case) or they may be made inside handle of the cap. According to the other variant the cap has additionally cavities made in form of narrow acoustic channels which absorb noise and have open ends being turned into internal space of the chamber. Length of one-open-end channels differs from length of both-open-ends channels. In this case the cavities may be made either among internal surface of the cap, surface of the case and additional partition made of acoustically hard material and mounted between the cap and the case or they may be made in handle of the cap. EFFECT: improved noise absorption inside internal space of technological chamber. 6 cl, 15 dwg
