FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: mixture consists of (per cent by weight): 3.0 - 4.0 moulding loam, 0.3 - 0.5 starching material, 0.8 - 1.0 water, 3.0 - 4.0 aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder, 0.5 - 1.0 claydite dust, the balance being fire resistant filler. Presence of claydite dust ensures intensive volumetric hardening, speeds up drying, prevents mixture adherence to equipment, moulding loam ensures wet strength of the mixture. EFFECT: improved operations condition, increased moulds and cores strength and gasproofness, as well as collapsibility. 2 tbl
