FIELD: foundry practice. SUBSTANCE: mixture contains, wt.-%: dust-like waste of electrical steelmaking production, 0.8-2.5; alumochromephosphate binder (ACPB), 2.85-4.20; carbon-containing addition, 0.5-2.0; silica-based refractory filler, the balance. The carbon-containing addition may be constituted by coke and ground or dust-like waste of cupola-furnace cast iron production. The refractory filler based on silica dioxide (quartz sand) is treated with the required amount of waste of electrical steelmaking production and carbon-containing additions, mixed and treated with ACPB. After mixing for 1.5-2.0 min the mixture is ready for use. EFFECT: higher gas permeability of the mixture, improved sanitary labor conditions, lower binder consumption achieved by introduction in the mixture on ACPB of dust-like waste of electrical steelmaking production, ground coke or dust-like waste of cupola-furnace cast iron production. 2 tbl
