FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: Mixture based on phosphate binder hardened by powdered waste of electrosteel smelting production has 0,5-1,5 mass/per cent of ash of thermal power plant. In a mixture ash acts as plasticizer and reduces mixture inner tension during its hardening. Ash of thermal power plants working on liquid fuel, such as mazut, has 4-6 mass/per cent of incombustible fuel. Such fuel affects physical state of ash (soot like soft finely dispersed powder). EFFECT: improved working conditions, reduced electricity consumption. 2 tbl
