FIELD: metal machining. SUBSTANCE: blade has a holder, hard alloy cutting rod laid in V-shaped groove made in lateral cut of the holder, and a cover plate equipped with hold-down projection. The cover plate is fixed by hold-down screw. Stop threaded stud is positioned in threaded hole enabling to interact with face of cutting rod. A side of the fixing cover plate faces the cutting rod, and equipped with bearing heels. Clamping screw of blade holder comes in contact with the cover plate between its bearing projections.
