HANGING COVER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: multiangular in plan, hanging cover has central tower- pillar, cap of the tower-pillar, bearing reinforced concrete ring (support contour), external walls, radial guys, lanterns, cover with roof carpet, water receiving (rain) hoopers and parapet, laid out along the contour. The cover has multiangular in plan lanterns made in the form of double belt beams rigidly joint to each other with their ends. The beams have circular glass apertures in their walls and embedded pieces in bearing parts, as well as in upper and lower belts. Lower and upper belts of the beams are rigidly joint to edges adjoining cover plates. Radial guys are placed in metal housing, the cavity of which is injected with cement slurry. Bearing embedded pieces of the beams are welded to the metal housing of radial guys. EFFECT: hanging covers for spacing of several kilometers. 3 dwg
