FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: placed in base of dump is impervious layer. Installed in dump upper part are electrodes along base. Inclined layers of rock mass containing useful components are filled. Applied to electrodes is potential with sign opposite to sign of minerals-carriers of useful components. Fine fraction rock mass with high content of useful component is localized in upper part, and coarse fraction rock mass is localized in lower part. Lower part is treated with solution of reagent and potential is applied to electrodes to cause migration of useful components in solution in direction of upper part where useful component is precipitated.
