FIELD: mining of metal-containing rocks. SUBSTANCE: placed on area 1 of dump base is impervious layer 2 of rocks. Closed dams 3 of metal-containing rocks are filled to form reservoir 4 designed for filling with concentrated solutions. Side surfaces of dams 3 are screened with impervious layer. Metal-containing rocks are treated with water containing active agents through spraying devices 6. Easily solved compounds of rocks of dam sides are dissolved, useful components migrate in ionic form and in reservoir solvents are collected with their subsequent partial freezing and setting between ice 7 and water of potential difference: water becomes positively charged, while the ice - negatively charged. In this case, metal ions are reduced and precipitated on lower surface of ice layer 7, which is periodically removed, and native metal is separated. EFFECT: higher efficiency in production of native metal. 3 cl, 1 dwg
