Applied to body and wire lug are opposite charges. Powder or aerosols is charged with charge opposite to that of wire lug. As aerosol or powder is supplied, wire is gradually moved from working-out space, and wire voltage is gradually decreased from point of aerosol or powder supply up to wire lug.
