FIELD: extinguishing of spontaneous fires in worked out spaces of coal mines. SUBSTANCE: method for extinguishing fire seats of underground fires includes installation of bubbling vessels in points of process losses of coal. Bubbling vessels contain preventive mixtures and built-in pyrogenerators of inhibiting aerosol with transducer of remote starting of system for voluminous treatment of spontaneous fire seat. Control hole is drilled in compliance with coordinates of system installation. Inhibiting foam aerosol is subject to polymerization. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 2 dwg
