FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has steam power unit, heat pump with a gas-operated drive of a compressor, and two-space heat exchanger-utilizer. The evaporator of the heat pump is connected to the gas path of the steam power unit. The condenser of the heat pump is connected to the pipe line for supplying water of the intermediate temperature potential. One of the spaces of the heat exchanger-utilizer is connected to the pipe line for supplying water of high temperature potential and the other one is connected to a pipe line which connects the gas-operated drive of the compressor of the heat pump with the path for discharging gases of the steam power unit.
