The lesser of the insert base is secured in connecting pipe 4. The grater base of the outer conical insert 9 is secured to connecting pipe 4. The lesser base of the insert is secured to the case of valve 6. Cotton filtering material 11 jackets inserts 8,9. Material 11 of inner insert 8 is impregnated with iodin.
