FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1 and cover 2 which has two openings 2,3 for supplying and discharging oil. Full- flow filtering member 7 is positioned within the housing. Aluminum rods 8 are received in corrugations of the member 7 on the outside. The rods are covered with alkali reagent in amount of 0.1-0.2 g per 1 cm of the rod length. The total amount of reagent in the device is equal to 8-10 g per one liter of oil. The height of rods 8 is equal to the height of the filtering member. The inner part of the member is impregnated with iodin in amount of 0.3-0.4 g per one litter of oil. EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced quality of oil purifying. 3 cl, 2 dwg
