FIELD: conditioning and reclaiming used lubricating oils. SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with bottom, inlet and outlet pipe unions, filter element with cavities filled with alkali chemical reagents and halogen; device is additionally provided with permanent magnet at inlet and outlet oil flows which is mounted coaxially inside housing on lower bearing cover, multi-blade aluminium disperser; magnet and disperser are rigidly secured centrally on thread of rod-type discharge pipe union by means of bearing thrust seat of cassette unit where permeable taper pack with chemical reagents is arranged; on side of base of cone, pack is closed with fabric halogen element with attribute soaked with 10-% iodine solution in ethyl alcohol. Entire pack is secured at the top by common perforated cover and is fixed by means of combined spring seat fitted with bypass valve, thus forming single spring-loaded unit with rod-type discharge pipe union.
