FIELD: preparation of hot beverages in domestic conditions and in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body with main vessel for boiled water and additional vessel for boiling tea charge. Body is disposed in lower part of apparatus and provided with discharge cock connected with vessels through branch pipes. Discharge cock has body with plug. Tea charge boiling vessel is mounted in main vessel cavity. Branch pipe of tea charge boiling vessel is disposed in its lower part. Cock plug has axially extending vertical channel and radial channel communicated with vertical channel. Channel on plug outer surface provides communication between vessel branch pipes. Sieve for tea charge arranged within tea charge boiling vessel is provided with rod, whose free end portion is disposed above apparatus body edge.
