FIELD: preparation of hot beverage, particularly coffee, in home conditions and public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: coffee pot has boiler, brewed coffee collector with bottom provided with central recess oriented inwardly, brewing insert positioned between boiler and coffee collector and having perforated bottom, cover and pipe for communicating boiler with insert. Cover of insert has hollow central protrusion engageable with central recess. Coffee discharge opening is made in protrusion upper part. Shape of hollow protrusion is similar to that of collector recess. Sealing gasket is inserted between protrusion and recess below coffee discharge openings. Brewing insert cover is positioned in sealing relation on boiler and serves simultaneously as a support for brewed coffee collector.
