FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with closure, handle, and set of retaining mechanisms. At least one retaining mechanism is equipped with at least two lock joints. First lock joint has catching lever and mating surface, and second lock joint has pin and member with curved pin engaging surface. Lock joints are arranged at opposite sides of casing. Pin of second lock joint is connected to casing upper part. Curved surface member is pivotally connected to lower part of casing for engagement with pin. Curved surface on lower part of handle is made in the form of open loop curved in vertical plane at an angle of 90 deg. When pin comes into engagement with loop, it is moved in vertical plane. Upper end of handle is movable in horizontal plane and may be fixed in final position at upper part of casing. Such construction allows apparatus to be moved by handle to position in which two parts of casing are joined together. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, convenient usage and simplified construction. 5 dwg
