SUBSTANCE: coffee-making machine for making hot drinks and, particularly coffee drinks, contains a portion capsule with a lid and bottom that has a device for supplying pressurised water, holder of the portion capsule and controller. Two puncture devices made with possibility of moving relatively to each other are coupled with the portion capsule holder. When the portion capsule is inserted into the portion capsule holder or after that, the puncture devices punch the capsule lid and bottom so that hot water can come through the capsule lid into the portion capsule internal space and the drink can leave the portion capsule through the capsule bottom. The controller is destined for providing three different pressures for water under pressure, for example for making "espresso", coffee with cream and filtered coffee. The portion capsule bottom can have a weak spot.
EFFECT: development of a solution of making a portion of drink which is distinguished by a high variability as regards selection of a drink and at the same time is rather economical.
