FIELD: metallurgy and other industries; cleaning of air. SUBSTANCE: cyclone has main and auxiliary cyclone, one arranged inside the other, and rigidly connected to form gas cleaning chambers. Central inlet branch pipe is arranged concentrically with cyclone axis. Each cyclone has independent gas inlet branch pipe. Cross section of auxiliary cyclone branch pipe is less in size; this branch pipe is arranged at angle relative to gas flow inlet axis greater than angle of arrangement of main cyclone inlet branch pipe. Open end of main cyclone housing is arranged in height between inlet branch pipe of auxiliary cyclone and end face of outlet branch pipe. Hopper for entrapped dust is arranged in lower part of cyclone. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance in chambers at sufficiently effective cleaning of gas increased adaptability to l manufacture. 1 dwg
