FIELD: domestic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has body made in the form of resilient hermetically sealed reservoir and nozzle-shaped head connected with reservoir, garbage collector mounted within body and provided with filtering wall. Garbage collector inlet opening is communicated with nozzle outlet. Device is further provided with discharge, suction and exhaust valves. Exhaust valve communicates filtering wall of garbage collector with atmosphere. Discharge valve is communicated through, for example, flexible hose with nozzle cavity, with inlet member being positioned at an acute angle with respect to nozzle axis in suction direction. Construction of device provides high efficiency by usage of resilient reservoir compression and expansion cycle in operating mode. EFFECT: increased efficiency of device and high convenience in usage. 2 dwg
