FIELD: process automation in vibration forming large-size blocks of gas-silicate mixtures. SUBSTANCE: device allows one to apply electric drive in vibration platforms to produce cellular concrete. The drive is automatically controlled to adjust rotary speed, to switch vibration by program, to implement accelerated gradual process of swelling and mixing cellular concrete mixture. The device has five level sensors to monitor form filling and a circuit to control drive of the vibration platform. EFFECT: controlled process of vibration forming for cellular concrete mixture.
