SUBSTANCE: the device uses box 2 for powder provided with a hole for powder, flask 3 having working surface 6 with preliminarily determined external periphery 8 used for moulding of plastic shell 7, positioning facility for positioning of flask 3 and box 2 for powder between the neutral position, in which hole 5 is shifted from working surface 6, and working position, in which hole 5 and working surface 6 are arranged close to each other, and a facility for packing the moulding compound located around the edges of the moulding cavity, the packing facility is positioned near hole 5 for folding in the backward position in the vicinity of hole 5 and withdrawal to the position, in which the packing facility is in a close contact with periphery 8 of working surface 6, and for provision of a tight passage between hole 5 and periphery 8 of working surface 6.
