FIELD: railway transport; devices for damping resilient vibrations of sprung masses of railway rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: guide sleeve 1 is telescopically coupled with tail spindle made up of two parts 2 and 3. One part has screw 4, other part has threaded hole for screw 4. Fitted in cross hole of tail spindle inner part 2 is pin 5 passed through longitudinal slots 6 in sleeve 1. Ends of pin projecting beyond side surface of sleeve 1 hold cover 7 against which spring 8 thrusts. With its other end spring 8 rests, through ring 9 with inner conical surface, lock 10 with conical end faces, other ring 11 with inner conical surface and spacer bushing 12, against second cover 13 secured on outer part of tail spindle. Damper has eye plate 14 and 15. EFFECT: provision of control and adjustment of friction, enhanced reliability and convenience of use. 4 cl, 6 dwg
