FIELD: disinfection of liquids. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has lamp module with lamps equally spaced around common axis, which serves as lamp module shaft. Lamps are provided with common quartz housing formed as cylinder with axis constituting lamp module shaft. Elongated radiation reflector, which may be made one-piece or composite, is provided with fins so that cross-section of reflector is formed as rays radiating from common point to define equal angles of α=360^°/n, or curved lines inscribed into these angles. Reflector fins are oriented in such a way that they divide space surrounding lamp module shaft into n equal angles of above mentioned value, with axis of each lamp being oriented in parallel with common axis of module and disposed in plane extending through bisector of associated angle. Liquid conducting member is made integral with casing in the form of guiding blades or helical recesses made in its inner surface or in the form of helical member mounted between casing and housing of lamp module.
