FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning, shelling, grinding, moisture-heat treatment, expressing of oil, extraction of obtained oil-cake in vertical worm-type extractor, distillation of miscella and rundown of solvent from cake. Oil-cake is fed into extractor at temperature of 60-100 C, with residual pressure in extractor being maintained within the range of 70-100 kPa and vapors generated being continuously discharged.
