METHOD OF PROCESSING HIGH-OIL MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C11B1/00

Abstract RU 2685396 C1

FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. Method of processing high-oil material, including preparation of granules for extraction, followed by drying and cooling to temperatures below boiling point of solvents used for extraction of vegetable oils, by countercurrent circulation of miscella in belt, carousel or loop extractors, comprising supplying a pure solvent at the end of the process to a low-fat material at previous stages of the process, distillation of the miscella solvent, distillation of the solvent from the extracted material. Conditioning stages of high-oil material are carried out at temperatures not exceeding 85 °C; expansion of prepared material is carried out with removal of not more than 50 % of oil in expanders equipped with sections of oil squeezing; granules are dried and cooled down to temperatures lower than the boiling point of the solvent. Extraction of obtained granules is carried out in extractors of belt, rotor or loop structure according to the following technology: counter flows by forward-flow recycling extraction of high-oil material, at which pure solvent is supplied to stationary high-oil material supplied and moved in extractor, and counterflow recirculation extraction, subjected to straight-through extraction of material, at which pure solvent is supplied at the end of the process to material defatted at previous extraction stages, wherein straight-flow extraction is completed when oil of extractable material reaches 16÷20 %, and a counter-current extraction process is started. Miscella obtained by direct-flow and counter-current extraction are merged into one of compilation of miscella with which extractor is installed, and then the mixture of miscella with pump is supplied for distillation, and the extracted material is supplied for distillation of solvent from it.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a vegetable oil with high consumer properties, which does not have a roasted product flavor, containing a row of vitamins and other useful substances.
