FIELD: liqueur and vodka production. SUBSTANCE: aromatic caraway alcohol is mixed with liqueur of cinnamon, vanillin, aromatic alcohol of kvass must concentrate and water-alcohol liquid until liqueur of 40 per cent is produced. Before mixing, kvass must concentrate is separated into two unequal parts as 1:4, the larger part of which is introduced into at the stage of mixture preparation together with above components. The smaller part is mixed with vanillin, subject to short storage and introduced into mixture before filtration. Composition of ingredients for "Marosejka" bitter liqueur comprises caraway, cinnamon, aromatic alcohol of kvass must concentrate, coriander, vanillin and water-alcohol liquid with ratio of gradients as follows (kg per 1000 decaliter): 16.0 - 16.7 caraway, 33.0 - 33.5 coriander, 1.00 - 1.25 cinnamon, 240 - 242 kvass must concentrate, 0.01 - 0.015 vanillin, the balance being water-alcohol liquid.
