SUBSTANCE: bitter liquor of 40% vol. contains per 1000 dal of ready product: sugar, 9.8-10.2 kg; rye-caraway flavor, 1.8-2.2 kg; aqueous alcoholic liquid, the balance. The latter is prepared from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water. EFFECT: broadened assortment of bitter liquors with reduced cost price.
