FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: liqueur comprises the following components, l/1000 dal of ready product: wild rose fruit juice of the I-st and II-d blend, 500-530; rowan melanocarpous fruit juice of the I-st and II-d blend, 1000-1120; white portwine, 750-850; cognac, 350-450; cinnamon infusion of the I-st and II-d blend, 30-35; loose-leaf green tea infusion of the I-st and II-d blend, 30-35; 65.8% sugar syrup, 80-90; an aqueous-spirituous solution, the balance. Liqueur shows brown with reddish tone color, weak hot taste and approximate complex harmonic aroma in combination with synergism of effect of components and their amounts. Tea catechins show properties of antioxidants and phytoncides acting as fixing and concentrating agents of biologically active complex of wild rose, rowan melanocarpous and cinnamon fruit juices being P-vitamin and ascorbic acid activity of cognac and rowan melanocarpous are increased in the presence of the wild rose enzyme system. The combined use of cognac, portwine with fruit juices as a store of biologically active components provides necessary color of product without color using, the presence of cinnamon in liqueur enriches with essential oil that in combination with biologically active complex and sugar enhances the curative-prophylactic properties of liqueur, in part, in treatment of common cold, hypertension, atherosclerosis and others.
