FIELD: hydraulic structures; applicable in areas of accidental spillage of oil or oil products. SUBSTANCE: device for method realization includes hopper 4 located in vessel 2. Vessels 2 and 6 are filled with hor water. Arranged in hopper 4 is mixer 5 for mixing contaminated ground. Water in vessel is heated up to 70-90 C. Hopper is filled with contaminated ground and mixer is started. Ground is flushed with hor water jets supplied through holes of pipeline 13 for 1-2 min. Then, process of mixing and flushing is discontinued. Solution is settled, oil products get into system of oil collection, and cleaned sand settles on hopper bottom. Then, sand is discharged and delivered to places from where it was taken for cleaning. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 2 dwg
