FIELD: emergency systems of aeronautical engineering and rocketry. SUBSTANCE: arranged in housing are drive and driven gears thrown into engagement. Output shaft is connected with drive gear by means of torque limiting clutch. Pump is provided with device for excluding wedging of gears made in form of wave gearing whose output member is connected with driven gear. Output member is provided with ratchet wheel, drive gear is provided with bush with spring-loaded pawls which are engaged with ratchet wheel. Wheel is provided with external teeth.
