FIELD: air and space devices. SUBSTANCE: immovable flexible wheel and rigid wheel which is made as whole with shaft are placed in housing. Shaft is mounted in bearings of housing. Wave transducer where drive cylinders 7-14 are mounted radially and uniformly, is in housing. Rods of cylinders interact with flexible wheel. Chambers of cylinders are connected to electric hydraulic amplifiers 15-22. Inner surface of flexible wheel 2 has strain-measuring curvature transducers 25-32. Each pair of opposite-placed cylinders 7 and 11, 8 and 12, 9 and 13, 10 and 14 provides one phase. Transducers 25-32 are connected to reference voltage power supply. Electric hydraulic amplifiers 15-22 according mismatch signals generate pressure difference in cylinders 7, 11 and 8, 12, which rods distort flexible wheel providing engagement of flexible and rigid wheels. Rods of cylinders 9, 13 and 10, 14 moves in reverse direction. As the result wave of distortion moves along circumference of flexible wheel. Rods of cylinders are stopped by signals of transducers 25-32 when flexible wheel reaches given shape of distortion. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
