FIELD: control of fluids. SUBSTANCE: mounted rotatably in housing provided with inlet-outlet passages is valve body with trunnions and shut-off section made eccentrically relative to central axis of the valve with convex surface; shut-off section is located on one side from central axis. Housing is assembled of identical parts whose number is equal to number of intake- discharge valves made in their central zone. Parts of housing are sealed relative to each other by means of seals made in form of bent connectors which are located at similar angle relative to each other equal to quotient of 360 deg by number of parts of housing and starting from two points of crossing in which hole for valve body trunnions is provided.
