Compressed-air delivery pump 41 supplies so much air that its volume per operating stroke surpasses the volume of the fluid delivered by pump 2 per operating stroke. Pump 41 is superior to pump 2 in piston diameter. Piston 42 enclosed in pump 41 is affixed to pump 2 through lock joint 50. Once pump 2 is provided with cylindrical housing 3 the latter has a flange-shaped end portion embraced by manipulator 25 in any position. EFFECT: more accurate metering of discharged fluid, simpler construction and smaller size, steady operation in any position, the fluid is prevented from flowing out of the vessel. 17 cl, 14 dwg
