Starting device has external electrode 1 insulated from internal electrode 2 with dielectric spacer 3, thrown body 4 with conductive insert 5. Insert 5 is linked to tail part 6 made of conductive material in the form of bar entering hole 7 of internal electrode 2. Diameter of tail part 6 equals diameter of hole 7 and length of tail part 6 equals difference of lengths of electrodes.
