FIELD: machine engineering, namely production of materials with new properties. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for producing superfine-grain ingots in high vacuum includes vacuum chamber and arranged in said chamber: rotating blank, heat power source mounted in such a way that said blank is not subjected to its action, cooled casting mold mounted on table with possibility of molding ingot of solidified drops of melt metal dispersing from surface of rotating blank. Apparatus is provided with additional heat source. Said source is placed in vacuum chamber with possibility of heating ingot being solidified in cooled casting mold provided with temperature meter. Said table is mounted with possibility of motion in two directions according to predetermined law. EFFECT: enhanced structure of ingots. 3 cl, 1 dwg
