FIELD: theoretical mechanics. SUBSTANCE: training device for demonstration of gyroscopic effect has base, support, rotary frame with handle, disc put on axle, disc holder fabricated in the form of first ring coupled to frame by means of mobile joint and second ring placed into first one, bearings of disc axle, flat spring, lever with groove to interact with spring and locating arm of second ring. After mounting of disc axle in horizontal speed. Forced precision motion is given to gyroscope by turn of handle. Period of rotation of rotary frame is registered visually. In process of demonstration separable weight is put on rings, then action of external force is simulated with the aid of spring and turn of disc axle with reference to ring demonstrates dependence of precision speed on angle between vector of angular momentum and vertical precision axis. EFFECT: expanded instructive capabilities by provision for demonstration of influence of precision speed on angle between vector of angular momentum and vector of external force. 2 dwg
