N, digital comparator 4, counting pulse generator 6, delay element 7, OR gate 8, register 13 of reference value of duration, input wire 14, output wire 15. Duration-to-code converters 3.1-3.N has flip- flop 16, pulse counter 17, AND gate 18. Duration-to-code converters 3.2-3.N also includes AND gate 20. Increased precision of selection of point radiation sources meant for use in optico-electronic devices is achieved by insertion of unit 5 of OR gates and by formation of new functional couplings.
