FIELD: combined fodder industry. SUBSTANCE: waste of flower decorative and wine-growing farms (leave, twigs, stems, huckles) is subjected to aqueous thermal extraction with addition of trace elements and vitamins to produce a concentrate containing 15 to 20% of moisture. The latter is impregnated by methoinine. The finished product is used as a fodder additive for animals and fishes. EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
