FIELD: agriculture; production of readily available, vegetable-derived agents capable of influencing physiological processes in plants. SUBSTANCE: organic vegetable wastes resulting from production activities of vegetable- and/or flower-growing farms (broken stalks, leaves, twigs, flowers, roots) are prepared and subjected to aqueous thermal extraction to produce extract that is enriched with Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, F microelements and vitamins. Extraction process is carried out at 60-100 C for 8-16 h to turn out phytoregulator agent in two forms: liquid and paste-like ones. The latter form is deposited onto carrier (sugar can pulp) and packaged into water-permeable material. Phytoregulator is used for growing maize, soya, vegetable and floral-decorative crops. EFFECT: reduced cultivation period and increased production yield in 1.5-2 times with simultaneous improvement of product quality. 7 cl
